We create comfortable, safe and secure homes for the people in our care. We ensure through a personalised, consistent and structured approach that our Service Users develop to their full potential. Our activity programmes reflect Service User preference and choice ensuring life is enjoyable.
Rdential adopts a whole team approach. By working together, with families and local authorities we will develop a mutual trust, with this we will gain a deeper understanding of each individual we work with.
We are responsive in the support of our individuals care and life opportunities. Rdential, provides a person-centred approach for all individuals, this in turn will ensure best outcomes, choices and empowerment for all individuals living within our homes.
We aim to ensure we meet and where possible exceed the needs of the individuals in our care. This is the premise on which we developed Haversham House and will continue to create personalised environments for our individuals
Our goal is to provide an excellent standard of care to all people in our care which embraces our values and principles of person centred care. We believe that every person using our service has the right to independence in a safe environment, to have freedom of choice, privacy, dignity, respect, to care delivered in a non-discriminatory way and the right to live as full and active life as possible.
Rdential looks at and overcome hurdles that inhibit pro-active participation and provide opportunities to make the impossible possible.

Set in its own mature gardens, Haversham House is a state of the art purpose built facility, situated in a quiet residential setting in the heart of Redditch. Haversham House offers 5, self-contained purpose built suites as well as communal areas including a cinema room, sensory room, lounge, dining room and craft room. Our gardens boast a guarded sunken trampoline, sand area, a large adult swing, wig-wams, a rolling bridge, raised stepping logs and multiple sensory areas. Haversham House offers care based on careful assessment and individual care plans spanning all activities of daily living, using the homes strong links to local primary care services where necessary, and planned on the basis of risk, needs and maximising independence and quality of life. Our highly trained and highly skilled specialist team work together with service users and their families to achieve planned goals.

Meet our Experienced Team
Jane Billingham
Jane has over 18 years and a wealth of experience working with young people with ASD and Learning Disabilities. Jane cares passionately about providing Service Users with skills and support to encourage and deliver independent living. Jane has been a Registered Manager for the last 6 years, and has implemented a successful mentoring programme, providing continued Staff Development. She's proud of the results, with Support Workers developing through to applications for Registered Managers
Jess Jefferies, RNLD
Jess has a wealth of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in learning disability, as well as 9 years of experience as a Deputy and Registered Manager within a Residential Care facility. At Haversham, Jess ensures the continuity with Jane, of the fabulous service, we provide to our service users, families and team members.
Jacquie Port, RNLD
Jacquie has over 30yrs of Clinical experience working with young adults with Learning Disabilities within the NHS, latterly as a Senior Transition Nurse.
Jacquie's role at Rdential is to guide, mentor, assess and drive continuous improvement at all levels of the organisation, using her wealth of experience gained within the NHS.
Dr Helen Frank
Helen is the Head of Department for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Nutritional Therapy teams, within the School of Allied Health and Community at the University of Worcester.
Helen was an international swimmer, and competed in the Olympics in 1988.
